> Cancellation & Amendments

Each reservation has its own cancellation/amendment policy and deadline. These policies are determined according to a special event, season or other holidays specific to the destination of the selected property. As a general rule all reservations must be canceled or amended up to 4 days prior to check-in date in order to avoid penalties and get a full refund, unless stated otherwise. However, payment is collected earlier.

Cancellations and amendments must be handled directly with our company and NEVER directly with the hotel or supplier. Such requests must be placed by contacting our reservation office via e-mail, fax or phone before the cancellation deadline and must be confirmed by our offices to take effect. Otherwise, a penalty which equals to a minimum one night stay will incur.
As long as cancellation and amendment guidelines above are followed, refunds will be made in full without any fees.

> Payment

For hotel reservations, full payment is required before the reservation deadline, usually 10-15 days prior to arrival. For packaged tour reservations this deadline is usually 30 or more days. Otherwise reservation will be cancelled.
Room rates that are displayed on our website may fluctuate depending on exchange rates or the season. These changes do not affect confirmed bookings.
Payment by Client: It is travel agent’s responsibility to inform its customers about payment details as well as cancellation and amendment rules, in the case they are using clients’ credit card for the payment. If a client disputes the charge, agency will be billed for the reservation.

> Room Rates

Room types vary according to the hotel and/or the country in terms of categorization of the rooms. The most suitable room will be offered according to the number of guests.  Specific room requests, such as upper floor, smoking room, connecting room etc. are not guaranteed at the time of the booking. They can be requested and will depend on the availability of the hotel.
Star ratings of the hotels shown for each hotel give a general idea of the quality of the hotel and approximate level of facilities, services and amenities. However, criteria for star rating vary from country to country.

> Overbooking Situations

Bookings are confirmed and guaranteed with an agency and supplier reference number. In case of overbooking situations, hotels are responsible for moving your booking to an alternative hotel in the same or higher category.

> Group Reservations

Each group booking will have its own unique terms and conditions. Reservations that are for more than 9 passengers and /or 5 rooms this should be entered as Group Reservation and it will be considered under the group reservation terms and conditions, not FIT.

> Hotel Information
 
We do our best to bring you the most updated information about the facilities at the properties. However, some facilities may not be available during a certain time period. If you would like to make sure, a certain facility will be available during your stay, the best way is contacting the hotel directly.
Also the climate differences and energy saving rules of different countries might affect the heating systems at the hotel which is located at that particular area and/or country.
Our company will not be liable for any failure or results of uncontrollable circumstances such as flood, earthquake, riot, terrorist acts, and acts of governments or authority change in a country, bad weather conditions, and unannounced renovations as well as the poor customer care practice at the hotel.
